Some ways to boost your Immune system and help with "dis-ease" are:
1/ Prayer, positive visualization and attitude, and belief that you will overcome any illnesses is a very important part of recovery. Laughter is also very important. Funny movies and books are good at keeping an upbeat attitude.
2/ Organic vegetarian or Vegan diet. Limit meat or processed foods. Juicing is a great way to get antioxidants and natural way to detox. Use the entire fruit and vegetable. Most nutrients are in the seeds and skin.
3/ Eat 2-4 servings of fresh organic fruits daily, berries are best (rarely bananas). Eat 6-8 veggies per day. Eat a salad daily. Dark lettuce recommended not iceberg lettuce. Eat ½ cup asparagus twice a day.
Organic is best, frozen or canned if fresh is not available.
4/ It is suggested to not drink while eating or 30 minutes before or after eating.
5/ Limit added salt. Himalayan pink or grey salt may be used in moderation.
6/ Limit added sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Nothing in the pink (sweet and low), yellow (Splenda) or blue packets (aspartame).
7/ Limit all white foods including rice, sugar, flour, milk, pasta and cereals. Choose healthier substitutes of brown rice, almond or coconut milk and Himalayan pink or grey salt.
8/ Eliminate any product with High Fructose Corn Syrup and MSG (monosodium glutamate).
9/ I recommend taking at least 50 mg of CBD/Hemp oil daily. I use and recommend CBD from
Kannaway- The Premier Cannabis Company and Natural Choice.
10/ Isagenix - Do a 9 day cellular cleanse to detox liver and all organs. After the 9 day program, take 2 oz. of Cleanse for life and 2 oz. of Ionix Supreme in the am and at bedtime. One or Two Isalean shakes a day with 1 scoop of Isafruits and 1 scoop of Isagreens in each. Take 2-4 Product B with Antioxidants and Telomere support. 2 C-lyte (vitamin C capsule) and 2 Isaflush before bed.
11/ Nikken nutritionals including 2-4 immunity (medicinal mushrooms) Spread out and take morning and night. Surround yourself in Nikken Magnetic and Far Infrared energy including the sleep pad, comforter and pillow. Magnetic shoe insoles and necklace. You may feel a little achy or nauseous when first using the magnetic products because of the detoxing effects. Increase water intake to calm the symptoms.
12/ / Hydration is key. I use and recommend Alkaline water from Nikken Pi-Mag Waterfall system. For proper hydration make sure to drink 1/2 body weight in ounces per day.
13/ Clean air is very important. Stay away from all Chemical cleaners, nail polish, paint etc. I use and recommend the Nikken air filtration system.

16/ Over the counter medicine and prescription drugs weaken the immune system and have undesirable side effect, so check with your doctor often to be able to reduce these as needed.
17/ Use all natural cleaning and laundry products and personal care items like soap, shampoo, and make-up. You can use Simple green or other non-toxic brand from health food store. 20/ Massage and Reflexology weekly- Some benefits are Detoxification, Energizing, Pain Reduction, Relaxation, Stress Reduction, Improves circulation including blood and lymph, May help normalize body functions,
and may assist weight loss by reducing toxins.
21/ Yoga, meditation and brisk walks outdoors are all beneficial ways to stay healthy and support recovery.
In the end, any illness is only recovered by the health of the person’s immune system. We can support and
improve health and the immune system through proper nutrition, alkaline water, detoxing,
exercise, sleep, clean air and positive attitude.
22/ It is recommended that we maintain a pH of about 6.8 to 7.4 to maintain homeostasis and optimum health. All of the suggestions listed will help maintain an an alkaline pH. (pH test strips are available in most health food store)
